When will my order be shipped?
After placing an order, it will take 1 to 5 days to process your order, manufacture our products, and ship your order (free shipping). However, due to the special circumstances of COVID, the delivery time may be extended, but please rest assured that the postal service will deliver as soon as possible.

What if I have not received part of the order?
Depending on your order, one or more items may not arrive at you at the same time.
This is normal, it may be sent through more than one package.
Your products can be shipped in several packages. Don't worry that your rest of your orders are on the way and will arrive soon.

What if I did not receive my order?
Your package is lost or damaged? Our "safe delivery" protects you from all disputes. Ohyiyi assumes 100% responsibility and will send you a new package immediately at our expense.
If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us. Our team will help you solve your problem as soon as possible.


How do I cancel my order or return?
How do I return my order back to you?
If the product is defective, you can send your package back to us.
The quality of our items is strictly controlled before each shipment. However, if your product has any manufacturing defects, please send us product photos (if possible, please use the original packaging) and your order number. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
You have 14 days to return the product, and we will refund your order in full after receipt.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, of course, if your order is not "processing", you can add or delete items in the shopping cart.
You have 12 hours to contact us after payment to modify your order.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel the order.
We recommend that you contact us up to 12 hours after placing an order before proceeding.
If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will however be 40% of the purchase price.
Please contact us if you have any doubts so that we can solve your problem as quickly as possible.


How about the size doesn’t fit my boy?
Please, before ordering you can check our size guide that you'll be able to find in the description page of any product. As we advise you on our product pages, it is fits true to size, take your baby boy’s normal size.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large.
Contact us if you encounter this type of problem, our team will do everything to satisfy you (by offering you a compensation for example).
